Refresh is made by one person. Mail reaches me directly, and I answer everything — usually within a couple of days.
Something not working, a number that looks wrong, or a question about how a score is built.
hello@refreshapp.ioWhat you wish it did. There is also a feedback option inside the app, under Settings, which fills in your device and version for you.
hello@refreshapp.ioQuestions about what the app reads, stores or sends — or anything in the policy that is not clear enough.
privacy@refreshapp.ioTwo things make a bug report almost instantly fixable, and both are quick:
A screenshot is worth more than a description, and Refresh never sends one on its own — you attach it, or it does not exist.
Refresh reads what Apple Health already holds. If a night is missing there, it is missing here too, and the fix is with your watch rather than with the app. Apple's own support covers Health data that never recorded.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by me, so refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com. Tell me anyway if something drove you to it — that is the useful part.
